  1. The PENCIL gadget provides a way to insert empty slots into a bank
  2. window.

  4. Click the left mouse button while pointing over the PENCIL button. The
  5. button will become selected, and the pointer will turn into a pencil
  6. indicating that the program is waiting for you to select the place you
  7. want to insert the empty slot.  Point to an item and press the left
  8. mouse button.  This item, as well as all following items, will be
  9. shifted down one position.

  11. The PENCIL button will remain highlighted so that you can insert as
  12. many times as you wish without interruption.  Simply click on the
  13. button a second time to shut it off.
